Start by setting up your company profile to brand your invoices and reports properly. Navigate to the Settings menu in the sidebar where you can enter your Company Name and Address, paste your standard Terms & Conditions, and upload your Company Logo. Click Save to apply these changes across the app.
Next, create a project record: Go to the Projects tab, fill in Project Name, Client Name, Quoted Price (total contract value), Billing and Site Addresses, then click Create Project.
To bill a client: Visit the Invoices tab, select the project, enter the Amount (and Tax if applicable), add a Description, verify details, and click Generate. Download the professional PDF to send to your client.
Log payments easily: In the Payments tab, select the project, enter the Amount and Date, add a note if needed, and click Log Payment – balances update instantly.
Monitor everything on the Dashboard: View firm-wide totals and charts. Download comprehensive reports or individual project statements with one click.
